This Privacy Policy explains how Pixel Relax (full name “Pixel Relax: Color by Number”) handles information. Pixel Relax is a calm pixel-art color-by-number app for kids and grown-ups, available on iOS and Android. The app is published by GIT Webb & App Studio AB in Sweden, which is the data controller.

Information we collect

We collect no personal information from anyone who uses Pixel Relax, including children. Specifically, the app does not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact details
• Your location
• Your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera
• Device identifiers (such as advertising IDs) or device, network, or usage data
• Any account or sign-up information — there are no accounts

Where your data is stored

All data created while you use the app — such as your coloring progress, settings, and streaks — is stored only locally on your device. This information is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. The app works fully offline and does not need an internet connection to function.

No advertising, analytics, or tracking

Pixel Relax contains no advertising of any kind and no behavioral advertising. We do not include any third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking technologies. We do not build profiles of users and do not make automated decisions about anyone.

No selling or sharing of data

Because the app does not collect personal information and your data never leaves your device, there is nothing for us to sell, rent, or share. We do not sell or share any data with third parties.

Data retention and deletion

We do not hold any of your data on our servers, so there is nothing for us to retain or to delete on our side. Your local data stays on your device for as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling Pixel Relax permanently removes all of its local data from your device. If your device or operating system offers an option to clear app data, that also removes the locally stored information.

Children’s privacy

Pixel Relax is designed to be safe for children. Because the app collects no data from anyone, including children, it is consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, including its rules for children (GDPR / “GDPR-K”).

• No personal information is collected from children, so no verifiable parental consent is required for data collection — there is no data collection.
• There is no behavioral advertising and no targeted advertising.
• There are no social features, chat, or user-to-user communication.
• There are no external links that could lead children to unsafe content.
• There are no in-app purchases.

Parental rights

We respect the rights that parents and guardians have under laws such as COPPA and GDPR-K, including the right to review, delete, or refuse the further collection of a child’s personal information. Since Pixel Relax does not collect any personal information and stores nothing on our servers, there is no collected data for us to provide, change, or delete. Permissions

Pixel Relax does not request access to sensitive device features such as your location, contacts, microphone, or camera in order to collect information about you.

Changes to this policy

If we make changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised policy at this same address. Because the app does not collect data, we do not expect material changes to our practices.
